The guru not only didn’t show up but never answered my inquiry. On previous occasions the guru apologized if the tour was cancelled.

El Guia no se presentó, ni se comunico para cancelar, aún enviándole mensaje antes y despues q nos presentamos al lugar de encuentro. Por suerte habia otro Guia de otra compañia y nos dejaron unirnos al mismo y pudimos hacer el recorrido por San Telmo.
Deberían mejorar las alternativas frente a estos supuestos de imprevistos para no perjudicar los tiempos de la gente que confía en ustedes.
