I am sorry I couldn't answer your message earlier yesterday, we're only a small team at Happy Strasbourg, and we don't have a permanent presence behind the screen.
Although, The tour guide was in position in front of the Cathedral 10mn before starting the tour with his big orange "Happy Free Tour" sign, and all the other people who booked the touur were present. Maybe you were at the wrong place ?
Eitherway I am sorry you couldn't join the tour, but feel free to join it at any other time, there is no need for booking, just show up and say hello to the guide.
