Hi, I'm Paul and I have a passion for Carcassonne during the Second World War. Come and walk the streets of Carcassonne with me and journey back in time. We tour the town stopping at places that have a strong connection with WW2. The history is brought alive by my knowledge of the subject and 40 black and white photos from the archives.
Had a wonderful time with Paul who explained to us all the history around WW2. Learnt a lot of cool things! Definitely recommend it !
Paul is a really human and kind person, he made a really good job by speaking in a way we could easily understand both the history and the language as we are not English. Paul makes the tour ludic, playful and interesting. We had to leave before the tour ended but we really wanted to stay. Thanks to Paul for showing us every little detail of Carcassonne, it’s a fulfilling experience.
This walking tour is fantastic! It has it all... history, mystery, intrigue and wit. Paul's passion about the subject is infectious and he presents the information in such an incredibly engaging way. What a wonderful choice we made in choosing Paul to lead our WWII tour of Carcassonne. It was the best way to see the new city while learning the history.
