We are so sorry for your experience. We received your booking for today's 4pm tour only at 11:47am. We are not able to accept same day booking as that does not allow us enough preparation time. And this was conveyed to you immediately upon receiving your booking. Unfortunately, it seemed the message wasn't received by you. This criteria should have been made clearer and we have taken steps to ensure this. Once again, our sincere apologies for the miscommunication and we do hope you will still have a pleasant stay in Singapore.
