Sang “outsourced” the walk the walk to another Guru, where our family of three were the only tourists on the walk. I thought it was quite unprofessional. Besides, I’m not sure what the point is of choosing to go out with a “PRO”, if the “PRO” has the option to transfer you to someone else.

Thank you for your feedback, but we have done it with hundreds of customers before, not just you, and just 8/10 is really happy, as long as 8 of you are happy, I feel happy. I'm happy, but anyway, thank you for your comments to help us be better than yesterday.

A walking tour of the Hanoi Old Quarter with our guide Huyen made my day! She was informative, interesting and funny. She gave us an insight into Vietnamese culture and values against the backdrop of Vietnamese history. I'm so glad I did this tour!

The tour is okay for first-time travellers to Ho Chi Minh City who need to kick-start their Vietnam experience.
