He is very creative to start this food tour flavors of the world. He is knowledgeable, informative with great sense of humor. He is like a local friend for us. If anyone on a tight schedule and can only afford to join one tour, this is a must go tour. We took his advice to dine in 1860 Le Palais and Helin Kebab. They are both fantastic. Florent rock ! He also open up our eyes to see and taste the African Arab part of Marseille which we would never know of.
Florent was an amazing guide! He was very knowledgeable and passionate. There were multiple stops for free local desserts and soaps. Would 10/10 recommend.
