We did a fantastic tour with Carlos. He took us to and described many interesting places in Getsemaní so we learned a lot, he spoke excellent English and was very nice to talk to. Unlike many other tours we’ve done on this trip, he was punctual so no time wasted, and he didn’t take us to any commercial establishments where the guide would get a kick-back. If you’re interested in history, art, music or architecture we’d highly recommend this tour.
Ok but much shorter than advertised at approx 1.5 hours. Interesting perspective on black history and slavery. Could have done without the 20 minute stop at a vendor.
Joel did a great job even though we were a very small group. Interesting, informative and learned lots of new things about Quito.
