I was very sorry to hear you couldn't find the meeting spot, Katy. Asakusa is a very popular tourist location and I understand how finding the group can be challenging. That said, I try my best to ensure my guests have an easy go finding me. I send out the meeting location at booking and again the day before and I have a yellow flag to help people find me. On top of this, it's my policy to wait five minutes for stragglers. I also message everyone with the location of the first stop on the tour to give anyone who is late a chance to catch up. This is all communicated via the tour group chat. Again, I'm sorry you couldn't attend today's tour, and I hope you have a great time in Tokyo.
