I booked the tour here for 11:00 AM, and the day before I received a message saying that the tour would be at 2:30 PM. However, I didn't see the message and went to the location and waited. Since she didn't arrive, I went to check my reservations. I sent her screenshots, which even showed the guru saying the tour was happening. I was very upset because I was already there at 10:45 and couldn't wait until 2 PM.
Muy mala experiencia. Nuria nos hizo caminar de un punto a otro y nunca apareció. Primero indicó Casa Amarilla/Brown 401 ( así lo indica la página, el mail y el mensaje de confirmación), después nos hizo ir a Martín García 270, y mientras íbamos y veníamos seguía cambiando la ubicación. Estuvimos esperándola bastante tiempo sin ninguna organización ni consideración. Claramente el tour nunca se hizo y no lo cancelaron, quitándonos la oportunidad de hacerlo con otra empresa. Nos tomaron el pelo. Lo peor fue la falta total de respeto por el tiempo de la gente y la mala comunicación. En mi caso además estoy embarazada, así que toda la situación fue todavía más agotadora. Cero profesionalismo. No lo recomiendo.
Reserve el mismo día. Tendrían que avisarte si el tour no se va a realizar o directamente no permitirte reservan.
