We were ontime for our tour. The guide looked at my confirmation email and said we were waiting for 1 more person. The person arrived and the guide started talking about another tour. I reminded her of the tour I'd booked, she said she hadn't really looked at my email and that the tour I'd booked was canceled. At no point did GuruWalk inform me that it was canceled! What a waste of my time. And then, just to show how little attention GuruWalk is paying, they then send me this email asking me to rate the tour they think I took. Get it together GuruWalk.
Fabian was a fantastic guide. Extremely knowledgeable and passionate about Portuguese history. A very enjoyable tour. Would highly recommend.
