Hello Lyle! I thank you very much for the time you have taken to leave your comments and for having taken my call. I would like to take the opportunity to comment again that it is our commitment that all customers are completely satisfied with our service and reiterate our apologies since it is sincerely not our intention to leave our customers with a bitter taste of the experience. I would also like to add, that after our call and after further investigation, I was advised by the Cuba Management that the guide assigned for the Spanish activity on that date, had a personal sensitive situation that prevented him to arrive on time, therefore, as you mentioned, the English guide took over and conducted the activity in both languages.
