Both tours I booked in Baku, did not happen. The first tour, at least I got the notification that for one person it will not happen, the second tour - I was at the meeting point and no one was there.
It was nice going on a night walking tour with Emin, the buildings and locations would not have meant anything without the explanation of Azerbaijan's rich history. The highlight was the vantage point up the hill, as well as the contrast between old and new architecture.
