Minho Free Walking Tours owes its name to the region where it operates: Minho, the North West of Portugal. At the moment we have tours available in the cities of Braga and Guimar茫es and we only work with local guides. In that, we are the only ones who work like this 馃槉 We love our region and our people!
We are also the first in the city of Braga. This company started in 2016, with 2 History teachers and now we have a cooperative of guides, so we also do personalised tours and tours for travel agencies. We have in our team resident professionals linked to different areas of knowledge, such as History, Urbanism, Heritage and Archaeology.

Without doubt my Brazilian friend and I were guided by a friendly fellow who was, by our good fortune, a local expert: Joachim/ Joaqium. He is one who studies history (and who also is interested in music) and who has command of his subject and English language. As we walked together for two and half hours, we received a delightful historical Introduction to Portugal, in situ. I was very, very, impressed. Amusing and erudite. Joachim/ Joaqium completely deserves and A plus rating... and I ask forgiveness for not being certain of the spelling of his name !
Joana muy profesional y competente. Nos pudimos hacer una idea aproximada de este maravilloso casco antiguo. Nos retrasamos un poco pero ella y la pareja de se帽ores gallegos tuvieron la dederencia de esperarnos. Llev谩bamos mascota y la acogieron muy bien, gracias por ello a los tres.
