From the moment Paula pointed out interesting facts about the local plants, I know the tour was going to be good. And I was not disappointed. Paula successfully weaved the history of Dubrovnik with interesting facts, personal experiences and tidbits about the filming of the GoT series - where she was an extra - so much so that it wasn't a run-of-the-mill tour. I am so glad I opted for her tour. Give her tour a try and you won't be disappointed.
This tour was excellent. The topic was obviously grave and heavy but Merima did an excellent job in presenting the stories of each location we visited that it didn't feel like a tour at all - it felt like I was listening to the stories and experiences of a friend. She was open and transparent about the realities of war and life in Bosnia now. I enjoyed the tour more than I expected.
Gabby was very informative and peppered the tour with details that I won't have normally noticed if she hasn't pointed it out. Despite our biggish group and the crowd at Diocletian Palace she was still able to bring to life the stories of Split and the Palace.
