Emanuele's tour was one of its kind. We've never joined a tour like this before. He really brings Napoli, its people, history and culture to life! HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!!!
This was the worst experience we've ever had with any kind of guided tours. First the guide asked us to change the day of our booking to the next day which we did to accommodate him. For us that was not so easy because we had to reschedule some other appointments. Then, today we waited at the appointed place/time only first to get a message that the guide was 5min late but he never ever showed up. Later on, we received a cursory text telling us that he had mixed up today's starting time (we waited at 6pm, today's tour seemed to have started at 1pm). Well, this is no way to treat your guests!! We're absolutely disappointed and advise others: DON'T JOIN THIS TOUR!
Massimo was the best guide ever - he went out of his way to adapt the tour to our interests! On the one hand an introduction to Ferrara's main sights, on the other hand some in-depth information about special landmarks! Just perfect, professional and very, very friendly! Highly recommended!
