I am a certified national and heritage tour guide. I enjoy introducing visitors to my city, fostering appreciation for its rich culture and heritage. I am always learning and innovating to be a genuine connection to the culture.
We booked a two hour tour with Diego. At the last minute we were told that someone called Daniela would be our guide instead. Daniela was very pleasant but had the level of English nor sufficient knowledge to lead the tour effectively. Daniela also announced at the outset that the tour would only last one hour. I regret not booking the walking tour through another operator.
