I was the only person on Dami’s tour around the streets of Valpo. With another guide this could have been a little awkward and boring without a group dynamic but I had the opposite experience. I had so much fun over the three hours, learning about the city, how to navigate the slightly confusing neighbourhoods (which I tried and failed by myself) and the best spots to go for food and art. As an artist I loved Damis creative flair which I saw reflected in the character of his city. I haven’t laughed so much on a tour before it felt like walking the streets with a very knowledgeable friend.
I learnt so much about Chile and the founding of Santiago! Pedro was entertaining, full of interesting facts and a delight to listen to. A perfect introduction for my first day in Chile.
Mujalli started with a super informative and interesting background of the history of Amman and Jordan. This gave us a great base for the walk that followed. I was blown away with the detail he went into and how passionate he was about the history. We walked around downtown and ate our way through various markets. It was a great intro to the city. 10/10
