We were inspired to start when Luana returned to Brazil after living in Ireland for a year and immersing herself in local life. During her time in Europe, she had the opportunity to travel and learn about many countries and cultures. On every trip, whenever she visited a new city, the first thing she sought out was a “free walking tour”. When she returned to Brazil and couldn't find one in Rio de Janeiro, our travel agency was born, in July 2013. With 11 years in the market, we continue to share our passion! Free Walker has evolved and grown since then. Today, we offer tours in Rio de Janeiro, Paraty, and Salvador. I lobed Lia, she was very sweet and gave us a lot of information about different periods of Brazilian history: from native tribes to colonization times and beyond.
El guía seguro tenía mucha información, fue muy profesional y manejo muy bien los tiempos y el calor. Sin embargo, cuando terminó el tour nos preguntamos que nos había quedado y la verdad que muy muy poco. No sé hablo de temas que son de mucho interés: cultura local, favelas, comida, datos curiosos, futbol, etc. en definitiva temas de interés general. Que hacen el tour más interesante. Tampoco fue que se habló mucho de historia o política. Un tono muy chato. Se valora el trabajo, especialmente en este clima. Pero fue peor que mis expectativas.
