Dear guest, I wanted to clarify to you that we have only missed the last stop on the tour and not half of the tour. Due to the heavy rain towards the end of the tour and the fact that over 3 hours have passed from the beginning of the tour I was not able to show you the last stop of the tour. This rarely happens in my tours. I do apologize for not being able to present you the last stop of the tour. It is very sad for me to see such harsh review like yours even though I have dedicated over three hours of my Sunday morning to provide a great experience for the whole group.
