Halima was a great Tourguide! I really enjoyed the 2,5 hours & would recommend it to anyone who either wants an introduction to the city for a longer visit or a compact overview tour for a one/two day visit. The name of the account is "fall in love with Strasbourg" for a reason, you can feel it really is her goal for you to make you fall in love and honestly I did a little bit!

He canceled 2 minutes after the tour should’ve started. We booked earlier the same day & he was not in town, so I guess if you book early it’s fine.
