I hope you are well. I apologize for what happened, but that day I had an accident, in the midst of all the stress, I immediately canceled all tours. By mistake, I forgot yours that it was just a reservation, and as it is written on the platform, a minimum of 4 participants is required, and you were the only reservation. The other guides have no moral opinion on my tour, they are not local and much less Portuguese. Your evaluation of a tour, which you did not take, is baseless and unfair. I understand your anger, and I offer you a guided tour of the Palacio da Pena if you come to Sintra again. Best wishes for your life and future travels. My best regards,
