Our guide had a deep understanding of the area’s history and culture. He created a welcoming atmosphere and was very good at storytelling, which brings the place to life. He managed to give a good overview of living in the city, from a "foreigner's" point of view. The only grey part was mentioning too many dates, which was sometimes tiring for a group of already exhausted tourists :)
Aitana is very attentive and respectful to everyone and made sure that everyone can see and hear well. She made sure everyone is as safe and comfortable as possible. She is professional and well behaved, which made our tour an absolute success. Aitana has a great sense of humor, she is energetic, timely and organized.
