The walk took us to many interesting areas of interest. Some of the sights were so interesting that we went back to go inside, such as the Golden Church and the Church of the Black People (Tuesday, 6pm is an unusual service combining Catholicism and West African religions.). Addison led us leisurely through the Pelourinho, explaining its meaning and sad history. It gave us a nice overview.
