One of the best tours undertaken. The guide, Marco, in addition to being professionally competent, handled everyone with such aplomb and cheer that endeared him to everyone. He conducted the tour in a manner that one wanted more. He appeared to be genuinely concerned about the city and is very very good as a tour guide. His constant sense of humour and narratives themselves were worth the entire morning. Shall certainly recommend him as a "must experience" to anyone visiting Milan. May he be blessed with success and happiness in life.
