We are sorry to read that you didn't enjoy the tour. Our guide told us there was an attitude problem with a member of your group (yelling insults at a bystander) that made other people in the group uncomfortable, and at the end, your group paid with a ripped bill and an used hat. Remember this is our guide's main job and he provides a service in exchange for your tips. We hope you enjoy other tours in the future.
