I booked my tour, after the booking I was asked by Giuseppe to change the day to another, I accepted and then realized he put me in another language that I do not speak, even that I was going to do the tour and then he cancelled last minute, so I changed 2 times my plan for this and at the end there was not tour.

Even though the language doesn't match the one you speak, I always do a double translation, so you shouldn't be concerned about that. Regarding the tour canceled for Sunday, I informed you the day before that I had a fever and cough. Tour guides can get sick too. This feedback is extremely unfair! I did everything correctly, and I'm sorry you feel this way. If you ever come back to Madrid, please let me invite you on a new tour.
