I am a licensed tour guide, professional blogger, and active member of the Guides Association of New York City. My passion is New York’s food, history, and culture, and my walking tours are one of a kind NYC experiences! I also created, own, and operate a tour agency called Food Strolls Guided Tours right here in New York City.
Alex is a throughly knowledgeable guide. He had answers to many questions asked of him and he really provided an in depth historical perspective. I personally prefer tours that cover a lot more walking ground than talking ground, so I felt that we stayed in one place perhaps a bit too long sometimes before moving on, but the information made up for it. I leaned a lot (even for a local) and would recommend the tour.
