Hi! My name is Daniella, and I would love to show you around Jerusalem! I grew up in the US, but moved to Israel 6 years ago and became a licensed tour guide. I have travelled all over the world, many times solo, so I know what kinds of experiences other travelers are looking for. I love to show people the incredible history of Jerusalem, while also combining modern culture and society into my tours. I have both a BA and an MA in Middle East History and Politics, and I have a background in informal education as well.
I became a tour guide so that I could combine my passions for travel, education, and Israel all in one, and I would love to share that with all of you!
Great guru and great tour. Daniella did her best not only to execute her plan, but she answered all our questions. At the end she gave us a useful information about good restaurant in the Old City. One note, just from me: since me and my friend came much earlier (about 8.30 a.m.) than the arranged time with the group (10 a.m.), we did an "unguided tour" by ourselves thru the Old City. The Church of sepulcher was already open and only few believers were inside. The streets were almost empty and the shops were still closed. This we loved the most. Quiet, empty city, without any noise and disturbance. If the tour could start that early, we would enjoy it much more. After the end of the guided part, one can fully "enjoy" the crowded streets, open shops etc. Greetings to Daniella: you did a good job :)
Daniella is very knowledgeable. We definitely learned a lot from our tour of Jerusalem with her. Thanks very much, Daniella!
