Hello, we really don’t understand cause Bertrand did the tour with 6 people. I’ve checked my phone and you did not try to call me to find Bertrand. Were you on the square « place des Terreaux » at 2pm ? We are really sorry for this bad experience and we hope that you enjoyed our beautiful city.
