The tour was cancelled due to lack of bookings. We only found out after making a considerable effort to get to the meeting point. The guide was apologetic and suggested another option but the timing didn’t work for us. I think we should have been notified the night before or at least in the early morning so we could save ourselves the trouble of getting to the meeting point. All in all it was a disappointing experience especially as I had booked the tour in December.
Cieran was fantastic. He presented thousands of years of Irish history in a clear voice, laced with funny snippets of the past and present. It’s clear that he knows and loves Irish history. We also appreciated that he’d go ‘off script’ and answer questions regarding anything from social issues to local restaurants recommendations. Major thumbs up!
Die Tour ist sehr zu empfehlen! Total kurzweilig und informativ. Es wurde sehr angenehm auf die Fragen der Teilnehmer eingegangen.
