Hello. I am from Toronto, Canada. I am a special education and math teacher. I have only really started travelling in the last 7 years, but I love it. I was recently in Chile where my partner and I did the O Trek in Torres del Paine and a trip to the Atacama Desert. I love to hike and bike. My Spanish is poor but I am trying to learn.
Charin was a wonderful guide. He was knowledgeable and knew how to provide just enough information. As it was a long tour, he was sensitive to our needs for breaks. The information he provided was excellent.
Sergio was a wonderful guide. His stories were fabulous and he told them well. We had a large group and he managed very well and kept everyone involved. The tour took us to interesting places that we might not have noticed. My partner and I enjoyed ourselves- even after an overnight bus from Puno!
Joan was a fantastic guide. He was personable and enthusiastic. He had interesting stories and made three hours fly by. He knew exactly how much to talk. The tour itself was excellent and ended in a most perfect view of The Misti Volcano.
Paul was an excellent communicator! He kept in touch ahead of the tour with advice. He was very kind and thoughtful and helped us manage some closures due to an event. He had to convince authorities to let us visit places that were temporarily closed; he did this in a calm, professional way. He provided interesting information about what we were seeing and about history of Lima. He also surprised us by taking us for samples of chocolate and pisco.
