Wonderful tour. Susan was very knowledgeable and interesting. She kept surprising us with her little secret locations, She had pictures of how Bath was in its heyday, and painted a picture in your mind of how it would have been if we were there. Not rushed and she encouraged us to ask questions whenever we needed clarification on something. I thoroughly enjoyed the tour and bow see Bath through enlightened eyes. Definitely recommended.
Exceptional - very thoroughly researched, thoughtfully prepared and presented with great enthusiasm. Despite the downpour and the cold, we were fascinated throughout the tour, our many questions were answered knowledgeably and our interest sufficiently piqued to continue to reflect on what we had learned well after the end of the tour. Definitely a highlight of our week!
Susan was very dedicated and exuberant about the tour. She displayed lots of information on her iPad which helped to understand the architecture and history of Bath. She was very knowledgeable and lovely.
