The tour itself was okay, but it did not really follow the itinerery written in the description of the tour. We only went through medina, we did not visit place where women used to wash the clothes,... Tour guide was on a phone alot. We had one stop to have 5 minute break where tour guide left us alone. He went, I would say, to his friend. The break was unnecessary.
Tour guide was okay, we got the info and vibe regarding the city, but I expected more.

First of all, I would like to thank everyone for this wonderful tour that I enjoyed with everyone.
As we know all, the customer is part of the tourism service,
therefore, we would like to make some remarks about your observations.
-- Using the phone during the tour is necessary because, we must always be in contact with the police or colleagues during the tour, to be informed about what is happening in the medina for security of our clients, the most of tourists know that 😊.
but, usually we use the phone when we finish giving informations and answering questions, also when we are located far away from the consumers. For example, When the customers taking pictures..., we use it at these times. There some of walkers tell us to use it when rings and we're giving our speech.... ( the tour guides are humain been too, the walking tour is not a military service...), but, we don't know why you are saying that's,🤔..
(We think that you were not enjoying the tour, but rather you were supervising and controlling the Guru. that is not good behavior as all...)
The phone In Moroccan low the tour guides are allowed to use the on mentioned cases
--How can come that the guru is alot on phone, and he has spoken for more than15 topics and every topic needs at least 5 minutes, there some more than 10 minutes....🤔?!!!
--Saying you expected more.Sometimes our expectations overtake the reality, we need to be real and logic. In addition, they all group gived 5 stars for this walking tour except you.
--Break of 5 minutes or more is very important, because there a lots of clients, have their privates needs: medical requires, using toilettes, get tired or physical problems....,Etc. And our walking tours are not private for one walker. As we are professional tour guides we know our job very well, and we should manage it on this way. there some others tours here in Morocco or Europe or America they give more than 10 minutes be ready for it, ( we think that we to travel more to learn more).
--laundry area, we don't get there, because you were all enjoying taking a lots of pictures, and specifically you, but. the walking tour is during only 2 hours as mentioned in the description where you have read the itinerary... You had just to be positive and you ask about it. Plus, we didn't visit the waching area and we finished the walking tour in 2:30, half hour late from our time and wz didn't talk about it because our main goal is to make our walkers happy and to have a unforgettable experience as usual.
We think some times our mood or expectations and self prevent to having fun.
