An impressive experience to get to know the local culture and community. Emmanuel is an amazing guide who is an expert in his profession and a very nice and welcoming person. I got many interesting insights with a lot of valuable background information. I can highly recommend this tour.
Very good guide who is flexible on the add ons where to go after the main sights in Plateau.
After having travelled more than 100 countries, I have never been so disappointed by a tour. Reason: First of all, the meeting point was a rather risky place with drug addicts and other unpleasant people bothering me while I was waiting. There are couple of other places in the city center where a lot of police is around, I don’t understand why this place was chosen by the guide Felix as a meeting point. Second and foremost, the guide Felix didn‘t show up without valid excuse although I texted him the evening before and he replied 3 hours prior the scheduled start to „see me soon“. I haven’t received any messages afterwards. Instead, I was waiting at this unpleasant place for 45 minutes (!) before I left due to security concerns. I even wrote a message to him while waiting providing also my WhatsApp number so that he could have contacted me. This behavior and ignorance of the tour guide Felix is unacceptable.
