Interesting tour and information about Dharvi. Balaji showed us around the various industries that operate here, where people live, the market and the schools. The narrow streets were pretty claustrophobic but we managed.
Would abs recommend to go with Balaji! The tour in itself is very interesting and you get to see a lot of the slum. On top Balaji is very knowledgeable, provides a lot of information and answers all your questions. He even took us to a very nice local chai place! Felt very safe throughout the tour as well (as a female traveler). Thanks again Balaji!
Shivam gave us an awesome tour of Dharavi Slums. With his first hand experience growing up in Dharavi he could add so many additional stories. He shared the history and the current conditions and lifestyle of people that live in Dharavi. I highly recommend this tour during your time in Mumbai. It was a highlight of our time in the city.
