Nicoló was an excellent guide. He gave us so much good information on history, art, architecture and more. We would never have known about many areas of the city but for this tour. Highly recommended.
Guide didn't show up and also did not send a mail to cancel the event. He even send a reminder the night before if the tour. I was 15 minutes early to the meeting point, so no chance I have missed him. Very disappointing.
Nicolò aveva già annullato il medesimo tour in data 5/10/23. Abbiamo deciso di dargli nuovamente fiducia e riprenotare. Tuttavia ha anche oggi cambiato le date del tour 20 minuti prima dell’inizio, creando non pochi disagi. Inaccettabile!
