I had booked the tour the evening before and received a confirmation e-mail. I showed up at the scheduled place and time, but the guide didn't show up. I didn't receive a cancellation notification or replies to my messages.

To be fair I had previously blocked my end-of-June and July agenda as I was tour guiding in Europe. But apparently, that was the only tour that was open, I do apologise for that and you are definitely welcome to contact me the next time you're in SP so we'll have a good time! Cheers!

Hi, I’m sorry that apparently seems to be a current situation for you. Although sometimes people have their own things going on. I’ve let you know 3 days in advance so you could find another tour or things to do, and even invited you to join the tour the next week. So I don’t consent your review and complaint and again hope you understand!
