In general all the free walking tours that I did around the globe there is a consideration time around 5-10 minutes for those ones who are running late. Is understandable that is not nice keeping another people waiting but we are not locals and sometimes to get into a place we face some issues. In this case was me who was running late, but I texted Marko telling him that I was close and I was 5 minutes late. Instead of being nice and wait, they left without me. I had no wifi, and he just sent a video saying “we are here”. Impossible to me to know exactly which way to go when I reach the street. I was lucky and after walking around I found the group. I guess he was in a rush to finish the tour, also in some stops he didn’t even care if the whole group finish to get there through some stairs and he started talking with everybody there. We can’t just push people, he needs to be patience and regroup everyone and then continue. Apart of that, places and info was just ok. Not really worth it.
Respuesta del GuruHello Martin. You were almost 20 minutes late. I sent you our location and a video of where we are located. It is not nice from you to ask 12 people to wait for you for 20 minutes. Also, twice during the tour we all had to wait for you because you took too much time to look around the sites. Please understand that the tour will take too long if we don't stick to the schedule. Also I was talking with the whole group when you arrived 20 minutes late so its was hard to answer your message. I suggest you do private tours for yourself from now on. This way you will not make everyone wait for you and also the tour guide can tailor the tour to your specific needs.
