Very interesting but could not understand the English though guide knew all the words

Thank you for booking the tour with me. However, it appears there has been a misunderstanding. You did not attend the tour scheduled for March 21st, and despite my attempts to contact you, there was no response. Myself and other guests waited for almost half an hour, but unfortunately, you didn't show up. Regarding your feedback about English comprehension issues, I want to assure you that I've consistently received positive reviews about my English proficiency from other guests. It's possible that you attended a different tour by mistake.
