Together with several other people we waited in vain for Hamid to meet us at the designated meeting point. We waited for more than half an hour, sent Hamid a message but didn’t receive a response, so in the end decided to explore Rabat on our own. Very disappointing!

He did not show up and didn't inform us. 1 hour after the supposed beginning of the tour he sent a message apologizing saying his phone had problems. He did offer us to reschedule it, however after a morning gone and not feeling welcome we decided to discover the city on our own and nit wasting more time waiting.

Hi, once more I apologise as I explain over the phone. I truly apologise once again. I love to show people my city and welcome them anytime at work, even if I only have one person. I had an issue with my phone, so I couldn't turn it on and I missed the message in Gruwalk. I offered to come to you at 11:30. I hope you will forgive me for what happened im not a person that do that and leave you there without cancellation sorry again
