I booked a tour at 9:45, night before guide sent me a message that a) tour will start at 9 am instead of 9:45 b) I have to tip him minimum 10-12$. When I asked isn’t it free walking tour based on any amount of donation, he said “I have to pay 3$ From each person to website”. So I refused to take this tour

We r foreigners and not having internet connection all the time . Guru changes timing. We saw messages evening time. We were not able to confirm the new change but We were at meeting point on time.

It's important to have connection or have a picture of the guru to recognize him sometimes guru is present at the location but you can't find him because their are more tourist and you cannot recognize each other

Guru message me to confirmed my time slot to 10am in the morning but I booked 430pm. I dint check mail box during my vacation. So when I realize changed of time it has already 330pm. But I still proceed to the meeting point at my booked time slot but NO ONE SHOW UP !!! Quite a disappointed trip …

The trip did not take place because the guru said that not enough people registered for it. Because I found out about it 12 hours before the cancellation, I had to quickly find another guide. Fortunately, it worked out and I didn't ruin my vacation.

Hey thankyou for using this platform. The tour is confirmed one day before and it depends on the number of the people. Minimum number of attendees are 3 people so next time you can ask your guru that you can pay for the empty slots the guide will happily go out with you. I was completely disappointed with a tour that never happened. The guide postponed it due to “lack of enough people”. I can’t understand how a “free” walking tour can be cancelled for that reason, without knowing if the tips would have been big or small. He shouldn’t offer this service if he’s not willing to take the chance to “earn less money”. Also, I waited all day for the confirmation on the new time, a confirmation that also never came. This was the worst part, very unprofessional. A tour can be cancelled, but the minimum would have been a message confirming the cancellation.
