I booked 3pm tour and nobody was there then. I checked and it was changed to 11.30 when I was on the plane so it was a waste of time and I was a bit pissed off. We set our schedule for the first day here and had to change it.

Hi Mark, unfortunate that you were not able to join our tour. We usually have a tour at 11:30 & 15:00. We always send multiple confirmations upfront to avoid the situation you described. Hope you enjoyed the rest of your stay!

Hi Martina, we had Kingsday (National holiday) in Netherlands. Unfortunately we had to cancel the tour. We still hope you have a good stay in Amsterdam though.

Hi Tomislav, today is Kingsday (National holiday) in Netherlands. Unfortunately we had to cancel the tour, but rating us 1 star is definitely unjustified. We still hope you have a good stay in Amsterdam though.

Estuvo bien el tour, solo que te obliga a pagar a cada uno de los que vayan, un mínimo de 10 euros.

Disappointing that tour was cancelled on the spot with the guide despite 8 people being there.. not sure what the thresholds are to do the walking tour.

Hey Ramya, our apologies for the inconvenience 🙏 There were only 5 people out of 15 eventually for our afternoon tour because of the storm today. We hope you still had a great day in Amsterdam!
