I am sorry that the tour was not to your liking. The two Spanish clients and the 3 Brazilians had a wonderful time and left excellent comments on that walk on Tuesday, January 10. As I understand it, you did not interact with the group and always stayed behind. Even the guide kindly asked you if you minded going into the churches, because you always remained serious and absent. In the end you disappeared from the tour without explanation and all the tourists were surprised with your attitude. We still appreciate your feedback.

Es difícil opinar si no se realizó el tour. Los free tour no son gratis. En la charla de bienvenida a nuestros clientes se les explica que la propina sugerida va de $10,00 a $50,00 de acuerdo a la satisfacción de la guianza , tal como está escrito en la App de Guruwalk. No es algo que estamos inventando. Hoy tuvimos 3 grupos en alemán, español e inglés y los pasajeros estuvieron muy contentos con la experiencia. Ustedes fueron los únicos que no la realizaron porque pensaban que era gratis. A ustedes se les trató respetuosamente pero solo alzaban la voz , creando un ambiente amenazador para con el grupo. Tenemos como testigos los demás pasajeros que pueden dar fe de su actitud tan agresiva . Le reiteramos que el trabajo que realizamos no es gratis, tiene un valor como toda profesión y por eso le mostramos por escrito la propina sugerida que sale en la aplicación de Guruwalk. Lamentamos que se hayan perdido de vivir la experiencian histórico-cultural ofrecida por nuestros guías en la visita del Casco Antiguo de Panamá.
