Despite multiple efforts to reach him he was a no-show. Much later there was some comment from him about WhatsApp not working so he didn't know who was attending.

I have sent a message apologizing about the situation as soon as you have messaged (in less than 10 minutes) and explaining everything that has happened. I am very sorry that you've had this experience. I always strive to deliver the best tours I can, as you can see from the previous ratings and in no way, shape, or form was this done intentionally. Once again I apologize for this. There was nothing I could have done as I was not aware that anyone has booked the tour until the moment you have messaged me, as it did not show on the app or on my email.
