Hi are very sorry but our guide couldn’t comunicate because there was not connection internet 2 days . And he couldn’t cancel the tour . We apologize for every inconvenience but it can happen sometimes.
He made some pretty sexist jokes about historic women he mentioned. All the group had a hard time understanding his english, and he sent a message beforehand saying that the minimum pay should be 30 euros per person, which made us very disappointed since we did not enjoy the tour. It seemed he didn't even like the city of Lucca, he kept comparing it to Firenze and other cities, kind of talking down on Lucca, the city he was showing us. He also focused on telling stories that had nothing to do with the tour, some tales, and it was confusing

He didn’t requested 30€ per person, you misunderstood his request , he didn’t make any sexist comments about historical women ( Pauline and Elisa Baciocchi) you made only confusing opinions about his commentaries and the same when he compared Florence with Lucca . For many reasons we reject totally your opinion and review, full of misunderstandings
