Had booked a tour for Monday several weeks in advance. The guru cancelled the tour the night before. The guru scheduled us for a tour the next day ( Tuesday) without our consent. The guru wanted us to cancel the new tour. - we declined. If the guru would have contacted us with advanced notification (more than 18 hours), this would not have been a problem. Instead, the cancellation created a problem with our day schedule and impacted our visit to Sintra. Perhaps the guru can improve communications with customers in the future.

Since we didn’t reach that number, we informed you the afternoon before rather than canceling at the meeting point on the day to save you time. We’re surprised that the experience was perceived so negatively, as we tried to offer alternatives, such as rescheduling the tour or providing additional information to help you make the most of your visit to Sintra.
