This is the first time in my life I have to leave a bad comment for someone at Guruwalk. The guide did not show, I texted him on the platform if the tour was going to start. At 6:06pm he texts me back "yes, it starts at 6pm". My "we are here, waiting for you" stayed ignored.

Hey, please excuse us for this inconvenience. We are a team of guides but miscommunication accured. We did offer an alternative that was rejected.

Spent 15 minutes at the starting point but the guise did not show up and did not reply to messages. He replied in the morning saying there was a family emergency. Which may or may not be true. But it did rain that afternoon and only 5 people showed up for the tour. Do with that information what you want

We couldn't find the place, tried to communicate with him, and he never answered our messages. Very disappointed!
