It was a fun street food tour through the Spanish Quarters! I liked that the route was through the dense neighbourhoods and that we got a peek into local life. It's a tips-based tour and the guide paid for all the food, which was super generous of them. We were also introduced to food we wouldn't have tasted otherwise, like tripe and tarallo (biscuits with pork fat). The mozarella stop was another highlight. However the fried food and dessert stops were a letdown. The fried foods were cold and we were just given a whole mixed platter which was difficult to share within a group. As for the dessert, we've had better elsewhere in the city. Perhaps the guide should choose a better pastry shop for the finale.
Wonderful tour! Chiara took us to lesser-known spots of Florence and regaled us with interesting stories. She was a charismatic, engaging and funny guide. I recommend this tour!
