I arrived at the meeting point 15 min. early. He didn't show up and didn't answer messages. Looking at other reviews, this isn't the first time. Avoid this guy and go with someone who actually takes it seriously enough to show up.
Will was an amazing tour guide. Vast amounts of knowledge about the history, culture and atmosphere of Berlin with a tad of humor. Would definitely recommend!!
