The guru cancelled the tour just 40min before the start. We were already on our way. It is unacceptable to cancel with that short notice.

I am sorry for your frustration and disappointment. I was on my way as well. That's the problem with last hour cancellations. If too many walkers cancel a tour the Guru might cancel it as well. Read the tour description carefully and always check your messages. I advised you in time to choose another tour in the castle. It is not the Guru's fault if other walkers cancel the tour in the last hour sometimes we have no other choice but cancel the tour. Thank you for understanding.
